With the TFT SmartPlex App, you can program your Flex Monitor to automatically oscillate between two or more positions. This feature is ideal for covering wide areas without manual adjustment, freeing operators to focus on other tasks.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access the Monitor Hub

    • Open the SmartPlex App on your mobile device.

    • Navigate to the Monitor Hub of your connected Flex Monitor.

  2. Enter Program Monitor Mode

    • Tap Program Monitor.

  3. Select Program Oscillate

    • Scroll down and select Program Oscillate.

    • The monitor enters programming mode.

    • If a wireless controller or panel mount is connected, it will flash orange to indicate you are in oscillate mode.

  4. Set the First Oscillation Point

    • Move the monitor to the desired first oscillation position.

    • Tap Store Oscillate Position in the app.

    • You'll see a green confirmation box, and any connected controller will flash white.

  5. Set the Second Oscillation Point

    • Move the monitor to the second position.

    • Tap Store Oscillate Position again.

    • At least two positions are required to enable oscillation mode.

  6. Finish Programming

    • Once your points are saved, tap Done to exit programming mode.

  7. Run Oscillate Mode

    • Go back to Operate Monitor.

    • Tap the Oscillate button to begin the programmed sweep.

    • The controller will glow orange and flash white at the end of each cycle.

  8. Exit Oscillate Mode

    • Press any button in the app or on the controller.

    • The monitor will stop oscillating, and the controller will turn blue.
