# How does a TFT product get sent in for repair and how long does it take to get it back?
## Send TFT products directly to Task Force Tips for repair with a completed Return for Service Form. Turnaround time depends on service volume and repair needs.
All TFT products can be sent directly to Task Force Tips for service. When sending items back for service, you MUST include a copy of the [Return for Service Form](https://tft.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/Return-for-Service-Packing-Slip.pdf?v=0b3b97fa6688). This form also lists shipping information. Repair times vary based on our current service workload and the extent of the repairs required.
