# Can a fire department send in a TFT nozzle for repair directly, or does it have to be sent in by an authorized dealer?
## Fire departments can send TFT nozzles directly to Task Force Tips for repair—no dealer required. Be sure to include the Return for Service Form with the shipment.
All TFT products can be sent directly to Task Force Tips. When sending items back for service, you MUST include a copy of the [Return for Service Form](https://tft.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/Return-for-Service-Packing-Slip.pdf?v=0b3b97fa6688). This form also lists shipping information.
